Making Seville Orange Marmalade on a Wintery Day!

 

It is that time of year when Seville oranges are available.  The perfect time to make some marmalade.

Many jars sit in the pantry  at AWAY Bed & Breakfast ready for our guests come Spring.

    Those Sevilles look good. Are they like Valencias? We are juicing honeybells and pineapple oranges right now. Navels mostly done. Temples and Valencias to come.
    How’s the snow?
